        Overall

        I stayed for a week at the Hampton Inn/Jacksonville, Ponte Verde location while I was attending a class. The accommodations were excellent. The rooms were clean and the staff was outstanding. I never saw the person who cleaned my room, but it was kept in perfect condition. The front desk staff were always friendly and ready with a smile to assist. Breakfast was one of the best I've seen, different choices daily and a good variety. The lady (I didn't catch her name but it began with an "M") made sure breakfast was stocked, clean plentiful. She was always helpful and smiling too. While jogging in the gym, one of the staff stepped in and said "here, you look like you could use a bottle of water"...which I was truly grateful for, what a nice gesture. Being far from home I was thankful for the friendly and very professional staff and accommodations.
