        Overall

        I bought glasses for my son , he had them less than 2 months and the arm fell off ..he lost the screw and the arm...they have a 1 yr warranty on kids glasses so I bring him up there they say his glasses are not damaged their lost!! All he needs is a screw and the arm!! I tell them the arm is lost we don't have it, but I'm bringing you the rest of the frame they still refuse to replace his glasses WILL NOT BE CARRYING HIM TO WALMART FOR GLASSES EVER AGAIN!!

        Ridiculous. Not helpful at all. Tried to get an appointment for an eye exam and got the runaround because of their unprofessional behavior.
