Very disappointed on how the owner handled a situation that occurred. We were having dirt brought in to level our backyard out. The driver pulled straight in instead of backing in our yard and got stuck. The owner than calls and says that we would be charged for the excavator he will have to bring out to get the dump truck unstuck! This was very unprofessional and just plain wrong! My husband voiced his concern and the owner of king Bradley backed down. We had to use the 2 truck loads they delivered to fill in the huge ditches they caused in our yard and we were still charged for those truck loads. My husband is a more forgiving person and decided to use them to finish the job and apologized for his attitude when the owner called and said he was going to charge us for an excavator. When the excavator got here they pulled the dump truck out of the first ditch it created and he drove coward again and got stuck again making an even larger ditch! There was no apology from the owner and no discount. Very bad customer service and I will not recommend to anyone.
