Extended Stay America - Jackson - North

This hotel is the worst hotel that I've ever stayed at. Walked in and it smelled disgusting, the floors were dirty, the countertops were dusty and had mystery stains, the bathroom was unkept, the kitchen was not clean and you have to go to the desk to ask for plates and utensils, etc. It really looked like they had not even attempted to clean the room for maybe a month, they only made the beds before we got there. The first night I pulled back the sheet and a spider crawled out of it, no joke. It was disgusting. I slept with one of my own t-shirts over the pillow. Also, it is supposed to be smoking free, but everyday I would come back to my room and it would smell as if someone was smoking a cigarette directly in my bathroom. Terrible hotel, and the front desk staff is not helpful at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
