U.S. Social Security Administration

After over 30 years of Serving the Campbell County Community one would think that the Reputation and Employees that Answer the Phone in this Social Security Administration Office would change to be better instead of still the "Same O Same O!" The allotted time of hold is 15 Minutes according to the message presented when calling and this Office don't answer until almost that much time is out, and if not at all which in my case, I was hung up on when I requested an Employee's Name in which I was talking to at this Office to make a change in a Date of Appt., and then to enquire regarding a mistake in my Name in which I was told I would have to come in person with my Birth Certificate and make the change then! After the "Disconnect-Hang up phone," CLEAN UP THIS OFFICE PLEASE! HIRE AND REPLACE ONES WHO DO NOT WANT TO DO THE JOB!
