I wanted to build a propane fire pit and was getting nowhere fast on the Internet. The manufacturer of some of the hardware I wanted to use referred me to a local fireplace store that also sells fire pits. The owner (Guy) took the time to answer all my questions & sold me the parts I needed at very reasonable prices plus he recommended a couple other companies for fabricating additional parts needed to complete the project.

My wife and I were looking for a gas insert to replace the 25 year old model in our home. Guy Thompson was incredibly knowledgeable, and directed us towards an Enviro model that fit our needs perfectly. We have had it through our first winter in Issaquah, and it performed flawlessly. We are both extrememly satisfied with the product and ther installation. I highly recommend Thompson's for anyone seeking a fireplace.

Guy was with out argument the most knowledgeable fireplace person we had talked to in our search for our insert. We had a unique situation that stumped a few other shops and Guy was able to work thru it with out hesitation. The installation company he referred us to was on time and clean.
