Southwest Collateral Recovery

These ppl are horrible rude and have no sympathy for someone who came an hour away in a Lyft and unaware of the dumb policy of appointment only bull crap!!! I am not perfect but by all means I have manners and if they do business like this it’s unbelievable!!

Everyone here was so nice. I failed to be an adult and pay my bills so my car was repoed. Liz was awesome very nice and helpful. I really think that the other reviews are bs own up to you not paying your bills and understand that YOU ARE NOT THEIR CUSTOMER!!! All of my things where in my bag and I was able to get all my stuff. Thank you to the friendly staff at Southwest:)

They're super shady didnt give me all my stuff back. The lady there with the curly hair is super rude. I made sure to record the entire interaction between me and them. I was calm she was yelling. Wish Yelp let me upload videos. They seem like the type to say someone attacked them when they didnt because she gets real defensive and starts claiming verbal assault when you ask questions.
