Love it Great place for the kids, very clean, friendly & polite. Good location not crowed much.

I can not say enough about this theater! The service was awesome and so far beyond, you could just not imagine. They were completely staffed, and the staff was ready and willing to work. We were greeted outside by two employees and an actual police officer. The tickets and the concessions are sold in the same place, so that is a little different from the norm, but the lines were not long, and again, plenty of staff, so no worries there. I love, love, love the fact that you can get free refills on your drinks. The fountains are out in the open for you to do it yourself....along with the butter, you know, in case you need more on your popcorn when you are halfway through the bag. I had to step out to refill our drinks, but was surprised to see a male staff member. He took our cups and refilled them for me. I only missed about 10 seconds of the movie while I handed him the cups and gave him our drink preferences. Now that is what I call service! The entire place was very clean and neat and nicely decorated. The chairs are staudim seating, another plus. They rock back farther than any other theaters in the greater Birmingham Metropolitan area. In addition, they had a nice game area and quite a few selections there too while you wait. We were really impressed with The Edge 12, and will be returning. This shopping center is only about 75% full, so a place this nice, will surely help to bring good additional businesses to the area. The new owners and staff are a 100% improvement from what was previously in this specific movie theater. See ya at the movies!

I really love this theatre! The location is in a great spot and it very clean. I've gone several times and I have never had to stand in line. My granddaughter also enjoys the games that are in the lobby! I was also able to buy discount tickets on "groupon". I wish they would do more deals like that! The Edge Theatre gets "two thumbs up"!!

The change in this movie theatre really show, the employees are very friendly and the customer service is great!!!! The manage really tries to go over and beyond while satisfying his customers, I love it!!! I go every chance I get...

This place is unbelievable. It is so much better than the old Festival. The theater is clean, the food is great, the prices are low, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Best theater in Birmingham!

The movie theatre is so cool it plays all the latest movie and boy the popcorn is the greastest.

This theater has new owners and has had a total makeover. It is wonderful - convenient, clean, the food's good, and the seats are VERY comfortable. Who could ask for more?
