I really enjoyeed buying a car...

I really enjoyeed buying a car from this place! Luis was great! He was so nice and easy to deal with and didnt have that typical sales man "Cheese". He made sure we were comfortable during the whole process. Will was great too! The managers and Financial department was EASY to deal with. Jamie (financial dept) explained everything to a T. Even called me on monday to see how I liked the new car. No haggling, no BS. It was cut and dry. Of course it was a long process and my husband was ready to watch the big football game but the way were were treated was amazing! I actually went to one other dealership that day and was very conflicted on what car to buy...It came down to the customer service. They will get my business on ALL of my future Auto purchases!

I think a lot of the 5 star revies for this place are either done by the owner, or by employees because there are a lot of jerks that work there, like Edgar, Tim, and a lot of people in service.

Brian was a true professional. No high pressure which I liked! He was very helpful and helped us to resolve some issues about which car we were interested in. He deserves a commission raise!! Very polite and helpful and patient!

Great experiece - wonderful people

Our salesman, Bryan Kirkman sincerely made our “buying experience” as pleasant as possible under our “emergency” circumstances. My father (86) called us while we were in the process of doing the paperwork. Between myself, my father’s pharmacist, and my father, we all thought he was having an allergic reaction to some medication. Bryan’s compassion and caring at that moment became our support – like that of a brother! I told him that I couldn’t concentrate on the purchase; all I had on my mind at that moment was getting my father to the medical center. Through it all Bryan Kirkman and Nate Ellison acted more like family friends instead of car salesmen! Jim Hudson would be proud.

I have brought my 2003 Toyota Corolla S to Jim Hudson several times, and the staff has always been kind and considerate. They fixed my car with minimal cost to me, and answered any questions that I had.

Worst Service Ever

I took my 2007 Lexus to have a headlight replaced. It was under warranty but Jim Hudson wanted to charge me $1900 to replace. I had to drive 4 hours to Raleigh, NC to get the headlight replaced by the dealer that I purchased the car from. The cost through them was free. Jim Hudson did not want to help me because I did not purchase the 55K car from them. The service was horrible and my phone calls were not returned. I would not recommend Jim Hudson Lexus to ANYONE.
