Could not get information on gas station prices

I know one thing, if you want to call into Walmart for anything ...forget it.
Nobody answers phones in that place ...in every dept. listed except the Phar. and if you decide to have him transfer you to the auto store. -like he did me -he had no clue which he ask me to check the web site which is just another random Walmart number. Boy if somebody had an real emergency to contact somebody in there, they might as well forget it! lol

I called in today to ask what time they closed at and was told 7 p.m. So I showed up at a little before 5 to get my oil changed. One of the guys working there told me that they "weren't doing any more oil changes today" and to "come in earlier next time, bro". I didn't realize that two hours before you closed was too late to get some work done. And it wasn't even like they had a bunch of cars to still work on. There were no other cars in the lot waiting other than mine. Yes, there were a couple of cars they were working on, but even then they had a couple of spots open in the shop. It seems ridiculous to tell me that you're open until 7 and then turn me away two hours before close.

You call for information I believe 15 mins is just a bit too long to wait. I have waitied in line for my meds at one point it's so slow I feel I need to start paying taxes for standing in line so long. You may want to get some one to run the drive thru window and someone for people who actually get off their lazy azz and come in. The worst walmart there is. God forbid any of your employees know anything as well.

I come here from time to time to purchase items on sale and I usually have manufacture coupons for my purchases. The cashiers have a difficult time understanding how the coupons work. For example, I have a coupon for buy one get one free item and the cashiers either disregard the coupon and charge me regular price for the two items or they only take a dollar or two off when the item is $5. Also I can never find assistance on the floor when I am looking for a specific item.

This Wal Mart seems to specialize in fostering ill will. The clerks seem testy and the customers do too. Why is that I wonder? Is it the area it's located in?

Walmarts trying to improve on their customer service. When they first opened the store it was terrible. They've been improving slowly.
