Venus Nails & Spa

I just left the place without my nails done. It looked nice on the inside but it took entirely too long to get to me. I sat in there for at least 45 minutes. After a man gave a pedicure, he sat down and did nothing when he could have tended to me. I would not request this place to anyone.

Wonderful salon and staff! A co-worker recommended I see Chau at Venus Nails after I had a bad experience with a salon at Keystone and I've been going to her ever since. The staff is extremely friendly and Chau has always taken impeccable care of me. Plus, I always get compliments on the nail art she does for me! Definitely visit this salon if you want the most beautiful nails in town.

I would give a zero if I could. I had 11 people in for my wedding less than a week ago. My sister was charged $40 extra and they refuse to give a refund. Nails are chipping, mine weren't filed at all which I didn't realize until afterwards and polish was sloppy. Very unprofessional and will not be returning

I tried Venus after I moved to Castleton area and was extremely disappointed. They at over charges for a Mani with shellac and pedi. My polish was streaky and very unprofessionally done. Plus the staff seemed very distant and unapproachable. The communication barrier caused me to leave with a finish I didn't ask for. I will never go back.

Wonderful service and services, always a smile! Steve has been doing my nails for years and I am so pleased. Best products are used and I get compliments always. Everyone there is great!

This is the best nail salon in Indianapolis! It is very clean and very relaxing. The owners are always have a smile on their face. They are always friendly, gracious and kind. They have wonderful products and have the latest techniques. I have never had a bad experience at Venus Nails and Spa. I have been going to this salon since it opened! I would recommend this spa to anyone who is looking for value and a quality service!

I Love Venus nails! I've NEVER had a bad experience. They aren't too expensive, the staff is all very nice and friendly. They take their time and do a great job.

This nail shop is the best nail shop in Indy. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. The shop is clean and service is excellent.

I have been going to this nail spa for about 10 months now and have yet to get bad service. It is very relaxing and the customer service is the best, I am always greated with a smile. They have installed new message chairs and they are wonderful. I have recommended them to all my friends.

I have had MANY manicures and pedicures over the years, but none compare to what I ALWAYS get at Venus Nails!!! Their attention to details and customer satisfaction is outstanding!!! Now I only let Steve at to Venus Salon do my nails!!!!!!! But everyone provides great service and all are extremely thorough in everything they do. They also have new pedicure chairs that are by far the best!!!! This salon is incredibly clean and very relaxing – those chairs are outstanding!!!!! They truly care about their customers. If you’ve not stop by, make Venus Nails your next salon visit!!!!

i had a pedicure here and ended up with horrible blisters on all my toes near the cuticle.. medical bills and staph infection the dr. thinks from being nicked with the cuticle clippers. I have warned everyone I know not to go to this salon. Beware
