Always check the billing, this company does not bill insurance then tries to bill the patient years later. I have tried to call them, but they are all automated and once they have sent you to collections after NOT BILLING your insurance, they don't even answer your call. they only have an automated response telling you to call the collection agency. I did that,and the agency said they have NO WAY to bill the ins. so this is just a vicious cycle. ALL because the billing department is lacking. I know we cannot choose our Anesthesiologist, but it is ashamed that we can't depend on their billing department.
