Absolute WORST dentist office out there! Please save yourself some time, money and pain by NOT going here. They don't care about their patients in the slightest bit, they are just out to get your money. Especially the extremely rude, inconsiderate and unfriendly billing lady they have working for them. I want to say her name is Jamie but that could be wrong. I work with people daily and I would never treat a patient the way they treated me. I thought you were supposed to work with clients and make them happy but that sure isn't her goal. Now I am in $2000 dental debt because they messed up my teeth and won't do anything about it. Thanks to them In the last 6 months they have caused me severe TMJ because they don't know how to align cavities properly, severely impacted and infected wisdom teeth, chipped one of my fillings while doing it, lots of time, a TON of money, and A LOT of pain. Watch out they will send you to claims and bill you even more money! Save some time and DONT GO!

I had a TERRIBLE experience at Complete Family Dentistry, and with Dr. Bierman. I went in a few months ago for an extraction. They split my gums wide open, didn't bother to tell me. After being in pain for more than a month the split in my gum finally started to heal... which revealed a large piece of tooth or bone sticking out of my gums. During my return appt. to have it fixed, Dr. Bierman screamed at me and was extremely aggressive at the very suggestion that he may have made a mistake. I thought he was going to physically attack me! In the end he refused to treat me, and followed me out of his office screaming at me. When I stopped at the front desk to ask for my medical records he refused to provide me a copy unless i send a request in writing, and threatened to call the police unless I left immediately. So I left, without being treated, without a copy of my dental records, and missing a piece of my dignity. I am very, very unhappy with my treatment here.
