        Overall

        They have the worst guest service. They overbooked the hall and there was no place for two of us to sit even though we had purchased the tickets online. The lady at the guest service was really rude too. Again I would say it has the worse guest service I have seen.

        Nice Store

        This store has some great clothing items at fair prices. There are many other items to look at, and it is fun to "hang" here (there is even a climbing wall).

        Customer service has changed since Lazarus became Macy's. It doesn't seem to rate as high as it use to.
