A Star Taxi

My driver was exceptionally friendly and courteous. In addition, I accidentally left my cell phone in the cab. I called the company and the operator was very kind and understanding. I did not know my driver's name or the cab number, but the operator helped me track it down and I had my phone back within a couple of hours. Would definitely use A-Star again!

i would zero stars if i could i work for a hotel and one of the cab drivers tried to charge me $23 for 8 miles the next day brought a guest a charged only 19 dollars when i asked him why such a huge price difference he yelled at me to go look at his meter then argued with me for 20 mins on the phone telling me 4 different stories , when i asked to speak to the manager they did nothing for me and the cab driver told me to do whatever im gonna do and hung up on me after i told him i was calling his mamager because he jipped me so he could get a tip . then told one of my guests no staybridge no staybride , i would NEVER recommend this taxi service ever !

Put a video of your cab driver cutting off a Fed Ex semi on I 70 on Feb. 19, 2014. Your driver had no concern for anybody else's safety. The video speaks for itself. It can be viewed on Youtube....."A Star cab cuts off Fed Ex Doubles in Indianapolis".

I recommend not ever using this company.



The office manager is EXTREMELY rude and inappropriate. I had a simple question and when she couldn't help me, I asked to speak with a manager. She promptly told me that he was dead but that I was welcome to "try to dig him up." Seriously?



I find it hard to believe she is the only person at the company I can talk to. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I had a great experience with this cab company. The cab driver was well groomed, the cab was clean, and I got where I needed to go with no hitches or hassles. When ever I use the wait is never long.

This business seriously needs to review its drivers. I was not a customer but a driver on the road. On June 24, 2013 @ 5:05pm on Meridian Street, I had the misfortune of encountering one of your taxi cab drivers. He cut me off, almost causing a wreck, which I can forgive; however, he went on to cut off other people dangerously in an aggressive manner. Somehow, I caught up to him while we were driving on I-70. I went to pass him from 2 lanes over, and he, literally, sped 20 mph so I would not pass him. So I decided to tuck in behind him. I followed that guy for 8 miles, and he slowed down 20mph in traffic, slowing me and everybody in the left lane. The best part: he got next to a semi and would not go above 45mph in a 55mph zone. Because of him, I missed my exit to Ronald Reagan, whereas he sped up, almost caused some more accidents and got off there. Oh, and he laughed at me as I was forced to stay on 70.



I apologize for writing such a long-winded review, and it's ashame that you have such a person that misrepresents your company.



Bottom Line: People of Indianapolis: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, unless you want to be terrified and not have a pleasant ride. PLEASE review your drivers, for everyone's safety.
