Valvoline Instant Oil Change

PLEASE don't go here thinking these people will actually do what you are paying them to do. I paid $65.00 for oil change and to have all fluids checked and filled. One week later my car transmission started skipping and making a grunting sound. When I had it checked there was NO transmission fluid to even try and measure in it. I mean NONE. Even if they were not willing to fill it, why charge me all that money and tell me that it was none needed. I even gave them an extra $10.00 tip. The company sends an evaluation of your experience to your email however I had already deleted it and could not recover it to comment on this. These guys smiled and gave super friendly service but almost cost me a transmission in my car. I will NEVER go there again. Ladies be warned if you are depending on them for the maintenance of your car.
