AutoZone Auto Parts

Been there twice. Worst service I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and just drive two minutes more to the NAPA guys in Monmouth.

1. First time I went to this Autozone the employee on duty was more interested in installing a part on a customer's car in the parking lot than helping a customer inside the business....waited 15 minutes and finally left after no help.

2. Went back today (I know silly me) and wanted some wiper blades. Had to ask a guy named "Javi" if he worked there.....he certainly didn't offer any help and seemed more interested in texting on his cell phone than providing a customer some service. I ask if he could get me some wiper blades for me....he pointed over to the corner and said "they are over there". I asked if he could show me and he did not budge from his seat. He refused to go over and get them for me (I know....how dare I ask for service) When I noted to him that his job was to provide customer service to me a customer, he thought it was hilarious and basically laughed at me. When I stated I was never coming back due to twice getting poor service he thought it was even funnier and rudely told me "That is great, why don't you just do that." At this point I asked for his name, he refused to tell me , I asked again and he gave it to me. He refused to give me a pen to write it down and told me if I "had a problem" he could call the manager listed on the door.

NEVER again will I shop where an employee named "Javi" thinks that customer service is "funny". Never Ever Again. Go to Napa.....they don't mind getting off their cell phones and off their butts, they don't mind helping customers, and they don't mind doing what they are paid for......which is serving the customer who pays them.....
