I purchased a 2002 Ford Escape for 6,995.00 usd from this lot last year in March within 2 days the vehicle caught fire on I270 luckily my 6 month old daughter wasn't in the car at the time. The lot said they would take care of all the repairs it took them 4 days to repair the car, I of course was scared to drive the car after that fearing it would catch fire at any moment the owner refused to let me have a different vehicle. So I just dealt with it since I was a single mom and spent my entire tax check on the car I didn't have any other options. So 3 week's go by and the coil pack went out apparently they we're as cheap as they could be and had used the same parts from the fire and hoped it would hold out long enough that they wouldn't be at fault. It took them 2 days to fix what I was told would only take a few hours, and this being my only car I had to sit in their disgusting smoke filled office with my infant daughter while I had food poisoning for 2 days. So within a month it had caught fire damaging the entire engine and the coil pack had gone out so I'm like hey it's almost an entirely new car there's nothing else that could go wrong. haaahaaa Not! Now it's the brakes, struts, loose vaccum hoses, cylinder 4 misfire and the cherry on top the transmission has gone out I now pay payments each month and have to have full coverage insurance on a car I haven't driven since November 2013. And I didn't drive it most of that summer bc I didn't know when I bought it that the AC was broken. So I'm completely screwed because like I said I'm a single mother who doesn't have a disposable income. So do yourself a favor and just avoid this place completely unless you want to be in my situation.
