I've brought my suits and other items to Teton Cleaners for years, and have never had a negative experience until now. I recently brought in my wife's leather purse, and was assured that the purse would be hand-cleaned by a "certified leather specialist". The purse was returned to us with the strap's buckle missing, the leather dried out, and the edges of the leather frayed. They had put the purse into some kind of machine that broke the buckle. I have spent the last few weeks working with the manager to get the purse repaired or replaced. They eventually agreed to fix the buckle, but when I got it back, they had put on a used Birkenstock sandal buckle that had been spray-painted black. They didn't offer me a refund, instead they took a nearly new $300 purse with some water spots and returned a poorly repaired purse that looks 15 years old. I have never had problems with their fabric dry-cleaning service, but I will never trust Teton Cleaners with leather or generally expensive items!
