Ross Hotel

If only I could put negative stars. We were told the room was non-smoking and when we arrived the room smelt horrible of cigarette smoke. When we asked the front desk if we could switch rooms, they wouldn't let us because they assured us that it was a non-smoking room. (so im assuming a snunk was killed and hidden in our room if no one was really smoking there)



Being pregnant the smell was unbearable, and when we decided to check out after 1 nights stay, the wouldn't let us! We knew Ross Hotel didn't allow guests for only 1 night. So we had to pay for the nights we didn't stay in, because they wouldn't allow us to check out early.



The man who we spoke to had a rude southern accent, I don't know his name, but he either continually woke up on the wrong side of the bed each morning, or he was simply a rude man. I couldn't have been more upset about the way we were treated.
