Pizza Hut

We ordred our lunch from their for delivery, they said it would take about 40 to 50 min 60 min later we called and they told us it would take 30 more min. All we ordered was to half pastas. Poor customer satisfaction here!

I am very unhappy with the customer service I received. I phoned in an order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and I told them I'd be there in 35. They told me it would be ready and waiting. When I got to the store 30 minutes after calling, I told the man at the counter that I had a "call in" order. He looked around, didn't see it, peeked in the oven and told me it was about out of the oven. I paid him and just sat down and waited. I waited another 20+ minutes there and went to the counter to find out where my pizza was. A gal knew I was at the counter and was working on a pizza like the one I ordered. After she placed it into the oven, she came to me as I inquired where my pizza was and she replied that it was still in the oven. I bluntly asked if it was the pizza she just placed in the oven and she sheepishly replied yes and apologized for the mistake. I asked to speak with the manager who implied it was my fault for not telling them it was a delay order.
