        Overall

        My elderly mom took her car here for oil change, the said she had a leak it would cost $60, to test. Then they did something to catalytic converter and told her it would be $1900 to repair. Is this elder abuse or what?

        One must know what service they are paying for and actually need.

        If not, then they tend to suggest more work then what is really needed for your car just to generate more money for them and less money in your pocketbook.
