The ladies here are fabulous -my Buddy always looks and smells great when he is done-this is the only shop i have been too that takes the time to help me care for my Buddy with information on products and tips on home care. They send me reminders for my appointments and pre book my appointments on my days off for the year. Very nice people here, very accommodating and helpful.

I'm surprised to hear anyone say that the owner or any staff were rude. I have been using this groomer for years and they are always very friendly and professional. I have a difficult dog and they always take good care of her and she looks great when I pick her up. Jen is wonderful and made me feel comfortable from the very first time I spoke with her. She was familiar with my dog breed (very uncommon) and put me at ease right away. I love The Soapy Dog and I always recommend them to anyone looking for a dog groomer.

The owner is extremely nasty and rude. No people skills whatsoever. She charged my mother in law 5 dollars (without notice) because she dropped her dog off 15 minutes early. Ive heard nasty stories about this shop in the past and have told my mother in law to bring her dog to me (Im a dog groomer) but Im too far for her. She will NOT be bringing her dog to this nasty woman anymore. Plenty of other grooming shops in Huntington Station where you dont have to be ripped off or abused.

The rudest people on earth work here. Do not give them your business. I would never trust my dog with them.
