Personally for the most part I love all the products. I love the prices. Most of the employees are very nice and professional . However : I do have some legitimate issues that I do hope one day get recognized? Here is a example:( 1.) On the side of the front entrance lots of vagrants are allowed to loiter and hang out. Calif. Penal Codes: 647G & 555.2. Next: (2.) The next issue lots of shopping carts are always every where some times its hard to park. ( 3.) There needs to be a traffic gate at various entrance or a signal light so pedestrians can walk. Some drivers act like they don't see pedestrians when they drive. In or our of the parking lot. This pertains to when drivers are entering the parking lot or leaving. ( 4.) The at will employee: A.K.A Kim might have integrity issues? She most recently lied to a customer. She told the paying customer that Walmart did not sell any prepaid phones but touch screen. She was nicely asked by the paying customer exactly is there the other type , besides the touch screen ? Her answer was no! Then she attempted to help activate a touch screen phone for the paying customer. Then she started asking lots of very personal questions: Such as : What is you're email address? Then not only did at will employee Kim want the personal email address , she demanded to know the customer's personal password to the email address. The customer informed her this is personal and private information. Kim responded: " Very suspiciously, her response was: " You have to"!. The customer then informed her to take the phone back. She refused to reimburse the customer for the prepaid phone card. She is still employed. This even after the manager with a mustache was informed. Does this mean Walmart condones of her lying to a customer? Is this aiding and abetting? Calif. Penal Code: 31? The paying customer went to the exchange section. They refused to give back the money for the prepaid phone card. Then the short bow legged supervisor with a mustache and slightly top front bald spot intervened . All he did instead of giving the exact cash back for the touch screen phone card was: Was give store credit for the amount of the phone card. All these problems caused by the at will employee Kim. She is the elderly female white adult that works in the electronics section. The following day. The customer found out Kim lied. Walmart sells prepaid phones that are not touch screen. Such as : Track Phone and another brand. She probably lied to her supervisor. Would she refuse to prove she lied ? With three forms of scientific evidence : ( 1.) No .Lie .M. R.I.? ( 2.) Calif. Evidence Code: 801.70. The lie truth serum? ( 3.) Calif. Evidence Code: Section: 795? With the following suggested requested prerequisites: ( 4.) Blood& Urine test by a state or government licensed toxicologist ? (5) Plus will she volunteer to be filmed verbally and in writing for : You Tube. How will we know she refused to prove she is honest and didn't ever lie to any customer? Simple we wont see her on : You Tube. Volunteering for the three forms of scientific of evidence . With the requested prerequisites . Does this show : Reasonable Doubt. That can show guilt? Bad customer service.
