The place was clean and pretty that is the reason for 1 star.

However, the reason for the missing 4 stars is the lack of service. The director did not provide a complete service to the family. The extended family members had to make the proper services happen that the director could have attempted to provide. When he was questioned about it he was quick to blame the family for not having available papers needed but were not able to be accessed due to the holiday. Fortunately the local Military men wouldn't let one of their own go without the RESPECT the deceased earned and deserved!!! The director could have done the same thing the extended family did but he sat saying it could not be done. This director now knows the power of Military Respect!
