I gave Tantopia 2 stars rating only because it's a clean and modern facilty. It should only get 1 star because of the poor service. The employees were rude and didn't really care about having my business or not. I asked about tanning packages, etc. - It was as though I interrupted this young woman from doing something more important and she handed me a brochure. I asked about a special I saw on Tantopia's website. She simply said: that's not for this location and nothing else. I should have walked out then and never looked back. As a first time customer I got 3 sessions for $9.99. I did my 3 sessions and moved on to a better location. This place is expensive and is lacking a customer appreciation attitude! There are other tanning locations where the staff is educated on their services and appreciate your business. Don't get stuck with poor customer service.
