Sauls Topsoil

I bought a load of (select fill) to stabilize my soil for pouring concrete. What I received from Saul was full of large chunks of broken asphalt and large rocks. What his material was came from a parking lot that was demolished, and he was likely paid to haul-off the garbage dirt. Then he sells it to unsuspecting customers as legitimate select fill. Beware of Saul's Topsoil. The photo posted above are two of the specimens retrieved after my electrician hit them with the stinger on his Ditch-Witch. It broke the chain on his Ditch-Witch and bent the stinger. Of course I had to pay for a new stinger and chain, $2,644.93...
