CVS Pharmacy

Wow they are slow! Waiting to talk to pharmacist forever! I thought he was suppose to be onsite.

My last several visits for prescriptions at this cvs have been horrible but todays priority visit tops them all.



My wife just underwent surgery last night and the surgeon provided an antibiotic prescription that he stressed must be started immediately. I was at cvs when the physician called and asked what pharmacy i was going to use so that some ammendments could be made to the prescriptions. I told him i was actually at the pharmacy. He asked to speak to the pharmacist. She was very polite and stated that she could not speak to physicians on a cell phone and promptly provided the pharmacy phone number. I am think great for a change cvs actually has gotten service and care as a priority.WRONG. while i was standing there the automated phone attendant began broadcasting the message"pharmacy call waiting. Pharmacy call waiting ". I knew this was my wifes physician but after five minutes and the pharmacist just ignoring the call i asked are you going to take my doctor's call. I received the "when i get time or they can leave a message for us to check later".



Ridiculous CVS. Get with the program of being good providers
