On 12/28/2020. I contacted them & inquired about getting a pan of fried chicken delivered for NY day. The lady asked how much chicken I would need. I said, "enough for 15-20 greedy people." She said she could get me a FULL PAN of mixed chicken for $75 or a FULL pan of dark (thighs & drumsticks) for $50. I asked what they considered a full pan. Her response was, you know the half pans? Well it's the pan that you sit both half pans in." I said, ohhh the water pan of the chafing pan sets.... OK that'll be fine. I placed the order & arranged for them to deliver to my daughter. Baron Crease delivered the food, when he got there, he told her as soon as she answered the door, that I had ordered a small pan of chicken, but they ran out of small pans so they put it in a big pan. I asked her to take a picture of what was sent and send it to me. I immediately called the lady I had placed my order with. She didn't answer so I text her and sent her a picture of what I got. I then asked my daughter to try the chicken. I then called Baron evidently he'd already read the text that I sent to the lady, because he was on the defensive from hello. I explained the issue of not having a full large pan He rudely cut me off & said, "you paid for $50 of chicken and you got $50 of chicken. He then informed me that he was putting the call on speaker so that the lady that took my order could listen in. I tried to explain to him that I had not gotten what I ordered He repeated that I paid for $50 of chicken & I got $50 of chicken. Again I tried to relay the conversation had between me & the lady I placed the order with. I was trying to tell him how she clarified the size of the pan for me so I knew exactly what to expect. Interestingly enough, Regardless of what I said, his response remained the same. I paid for $50 of chicken & I got $50 of chicken. After a few rounds of not being able to speak uninterrupted, I said, you must really need that $50, so be blessed & I ended the call.
