We used this Co to clear a small section and put down a pad for a portable building. I am quite happy with the job done on the pad but I was very concerned when I noticed Dave drinking beer before noon and he continued nonstop until he left that evening. We also had him drop and spread a couple loads of sand on a low area which could have been spread better but by the time he spread the last load he was quite drunk although functioning noticed the slurred speech and swaying. Luckily his helper was driving. To avoid a confrontational with someone drunk nothing was said we will just not use him again for this reason. We also spent the next morning with rakes spreading out an area he did not smooth out and pack down. .
