They spend more time trying to up-sell your procedure than properly performing the one they charge your insurance for. I came in for routine cleaning (D1110 Prophylaxis-adult) that was supposed to be covered by my insurance. They informed me that I had tartar/calculus build-up and attempted to sell me a more expensive procedure

Have been coming here for close to the past year and can gladly say each time I come there is no 15-min wait in the lobby. I am seated in the chair as soon as I arrive and they even ask if I would like to watch a movie or listed to music while the work is being done.

The staff is very professional. My no fault of my own I was 15 min late but they did not miss a beat. They were quick to sit me down and get started. The office is high tech and I watched a movie for the time it took to whiten my teeth. My teeth look fabulous. I cannot recommend them any stronger. I would us them again and I will refer them to others.

I had excellent results with the teeth whitening treatment. Staff was professional and very courteous.

The staff at Uptown was quite pleasant and through when I came for the ZOOM treatment today. I was given a phone call reminder and directions a day before. They explained the procedure in detail and answered all of my questions, I even got to watch the movie of my choice from their listing. Great experience and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family members.

I had a great experience at Urban Dental Spa today. I needed some teeth whitening done and they offered the Zoom whitening which I had seen before on one of those ultimate makeover shows so I thought I would give it a try. I gave them a call and Stacy was very friendly and helpful. She took the time to tell me about their practice and lead me to the forms that I could fill out ahead of time instead of being rushed when I got here. She gave me another call the day before my appointnment not only to confirm my appointment but to make sure that I knew where to find them. When I arrived on the day of my appointment, I walked in and immediately was relaxed. Sounds of a little waterfall going on in the background and the surrounding were very pleasant. I was met immediately by Stacy who got me into the system after which I was immediately taken back with no wait whatsoever. I hate having to wait when I have an appointment at other places! Anyway, we get to the back, get me in a chair and in comes Liset. Now, I'm comfy, watching a great movie and I got two hotties taking care of me. Lot better than being at work.... They explained what they were going to do and aksed if I had any questions. The thing that goes in your mouth to expose just your teeth was a trip since I looked like Hannible with it in there but hey, made for a great txt message to my wife. haha. The procedure went VERY well and my teeth look worlds better than when I walked in. I didn't have any pain during the process which I really appreciated....



If you have need to for a dentist or some whitening like I did, I would HIGHLY recomend these folks.

Stacy, Ivette, and Dr. Peter Timm make me feel like I am actually a grownup individual. The first time I had an appointment, I stated that I was extremely afraid of any type of dentistry. Today (Oct. 19, 2010) was my second vist and their professional tactics and attitude is to die for (not really). I recommend Uptown Dental Spa to everyone/anyone who fears any dental appointment. I am really nervous about any dental work and hate trying new dentists but a friend convinced me to go. When I walked in to their office I was greeted by a very sweet girl named Stacy. I was late (as usual) but they were so nice about it. From that point on the staff was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Timm explained everything that I needed done and made me feel at ease and to top it off they give free bleaching trays!

I am extremely neurotic about my teeth and have seen the same dentist since my childhood. Even after leaving the state I continued to fly home just to see my dentist. After being referred to Uptown Dental Spa by a good friend, I decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was soooo relaxing you really do feel like you are in a spa! They pamper you and treat you as you would want to be treated! Not to mention, the staff is extremely friendly and personable! They explain everything they are doing and always welcome questions or input! I ended up having a small procedure and Dr. T made me so comfortable that I really didn't feel a thing. The advanced technology they have in place and the services they have available truly make them a full service office! Long story short after 28 yrs of the same dentist I have made a permanent switch to Uptown Dental Spa. .......By the way, my hubby got a facial and hand massage along with his cleaning!!!



I know that companies often rate themselves on these things….this is 100% legit!!!

My teeth whitening procedure went really well. I was really scared because I am very sensitive but everything turned out great. Staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs.

I would never go anywhere else for dental services. The atmosphere was more of a spa than a dental office. The check in was quick and easy. Summer did a great job cleaning my teeth while i listened to some great music

Dr Timm did a thorough evaluation and was a pleasure to work with. Yvette's personalized customer service made my appointment perfect.

Overall they made my experience very relaxing and I look forward to returning. It is worth the trip from anywhere in the city.

So happy that my friend told me about Uptown Dental Spa. I love that when you first walk in it doesn't feel like a dental office. The staff treated me as if i were at a fine dining restaurant by offering me Fiji Water or a glass of wine. Needed dental work that day, Dr Timm took his time with me as i am afraid dentists. Wow!!!! He didn't hurt me.

It had been over 5 years since my last dental visit. I started to have a toothache and a friend had recomended Uptown Dental Spa. From the moment I spoke to the receptionist my experience was wonderful. She took all my information over the phone and called my insurance the same day. When i got there It really did feel like you were at a spa and not at the Dentist. They took my xrays and pictures. They expalin everything to you with such detail. The Doctor was awesome!!! He even offered to do treatment the same day. While my tooth was getting fixed the assistant offered to do a hand moisturizer treatment with warming gloves. I never felt any pain. The staff there is just amazing. This will be my Dental office for me and my entire family!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

I went for my first visit to this office. I didnt know they made free bleaching trays for ALL of their new patients. I was so excited and it was a lovely surprise. Everyone there was so nice and thorough. My trays were ready before I left the office. The Docotr was nice too. I loved it! I cant wait to go back, I will definitely get there early next time so I can enjoy a glass of wine before my appointment!

i just returned home from my vist at uptown dental spa. this was by far the best experience i have ever had at the dentist office. the place is nothing like the standard paradigm of what a dental office should be. the lobby is painted in earth tones and it really seems like you are in the waiting room of a day spa. they offer you a glass of wine while you are filling out paper work. not cheap wine, good quality cabernet. the ladies on staff are easy on the eyes and very professional. they have fantastic customer service skills. with cleaning and exam, the staff made me free teeth whitening trays. i had two crowns and a filling done today. the doctor has great "bedside manor". he is professional, but constantly cracking little jokes to make the patient feel at ease. he was fast too. all ot that work was taken care of in about 2 hours.
