Waffle House

I arrived at this location during the day with my husband and it was freezing in here like always. it took forever for some girl to even come and take our drink order. it took forever to get our food and we weren't the only ones that felt that way.when we went to pay the girl gave me back more money than she should have, if I was another person I would not have given her get change back..they need to hire people that are smart enough to count money and gave good customer service

silver wares are dirty: food stain all around. Serve customer coffee cup with visible coffee stain around it and left behind lip marks. Server had the nerve to say sorry didn't see it when the black coffee spot it right at the top of the cup. Too drastic to be thinking about it! Make your body shiver!
