Worse post office ever..rude,unorganized and take forever to answer the door after you ring it .i hate this place!

I REALLY HATE THIS PLACE!!!



this post office does not deserve the star that i put but i had no other option. Anyways i have called many times to this PO to complaint about my mail being delivered to the wrong address. today 10/03/2014 i called again to complain about my baby birth certificate, i have twins and i did their passport when i got the passports i got 2 passports and only one birth certificate. I have called many times the 1800 number for the passport office to tell them that i only got one, they told me that they have not received nothing back from the post office which makes them think that the document was delivered. Yeah maybe but not to my house address. I called the PO regarding this matter and the person on the other side of the phone ask me questions which i answer and i also told her about my other complaints, she did not know what to say she only got my name and address to see if maybe it was found. When i was giving her my information it sounded like she was just listening but not writing it out. I really hate this place they are not professionals in the office and most importantly the mail carriers that don't pay attention to what they are doing. The problem for is that WHO HAS MY BABY'S INFORMATION, WHO?? i can always get another birth certificate but that is not the PROBLEM!!! THE PROBLEM HERE IS THE POST OFFICE!!

this post office doesn't deserve one star..it deserves NO stars. the worst customer service ever. i had called the post office this morning to see if my packet from the weekend was left there since they sent it to my house, but no one was there to sign the paper. i called the office & was told to call back at a 9, called back at 9-10am & lady picked up phone and hung up on me. i called back again & she put me on hold for 6+mins & then got d/c...THEN i called back & was put on hold again for 10+mins..UGH. what kind of service is this?!? & i sure don't want to go to the office myself to find out the packet is no longer there. i just need a yes or no lady! is she the only person working?? they need from representative and should do an evaluation for each and every member. i am so disappointed!!

My mail was placed on hold from April 6-29th. April 6th, I received a notification that they tried to mail a package. April 14th, I received a notification that 2 boxes from Germany were considered undeliverable and were sent back to Germany. USPS will not re-coup me any of the additional expenses.



My zipcode was 77040, hopefully they fire the delivery man since it was his decision to do this after holding my mail for 8 days only.

So, I sell on Ebay....well I went to the post office today. Most clerks are very friendly and very attentive, but this lady right here-She always has this ugly, sour look on her face! I paid for 8 Delivery Confirmation numbers. I asked if the clerk could write the zip code on the receipt to make the process easier. She declined, and said she wasn't going to. All the other clerks write down the zip code on the receipt with no questions asked! I try to avoid confrontation. Before, she used to write it on the slip, but she was just trying to fight me, & didnt want to do it. Right on the slip it says Article sent to:(TO BE COMPLETED BY MAILER).....I was very disappointed with this transaction. Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
