customer service said there are no supervisor at that time early at morning there are on a meeting. Still waiting for the call. MY complain IS that i received mail and is not even my.... address so different who ever is doing the job is getting paid for somenthing is not done right. I been missing couple of bills a personal information,immigration...

Worst customer service ever ! Usps needs to fire all the employees in this location. Everytime i go here, they are rude! I dropped off a package and she just threw it than said "next!" I asked her for a reciept, she told me i had to go to the side door for a reciept. So i told her nevermind. And as i walked away. She said "yea cuz i don't got time to be printing out reciepts." I don't understand how you can work some where and not give exceptional customer service when you work in customer service! Next time i will video tape!

Worst Customer service. Extremely rude and arrogant behavior. When I called for passport appointment, I got timely response and next day appointment. It was all down-hill after that. The employee who was processing the applications was very disrespectful to everyone and acted as if she doesn't care. I wonder if there will be any action taken after so many negative reviews for this office.

Worst service ever...have had a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house by 9/6. Then showed as forwarded, then delayed at this post office....its been almost 2 weeks with no update on my package! Ridiculous! Nobody answers the phone or responds to my text messages! I also requested updated tracking status but of course that didnt help! I hope this place gets shut down or everyone gets fired and they rehire people who will actually do their jobs! Does not even deserve 1 star!

The Postman that delivered to my street left half of the mail box open. I tried for several minutes and many different phone numbers given to me to tell someone, but could not reach anyone and no one wanted to take charge to correct the problem.

You should not waste your time going to this post office. Stay away prefer other locations. Eg: Corner Stone Post office. They are much nicer than Greens North. This USPS location is useless. They are very slow, always making problems, rude... They ignore you while you at the register and keep talking to each others.
