        Overall

        Dropped off package on Saturday 11.19.16, paid extra for 2nd Day Air. Tried to track it on Tuesday, 11.22.16, tracking showed only label had been created, the parcel hadn't even left the store. DO NOT USE THIS UPS LOCATION!!!!! My package was going to an elderly sister in a nursing home in Arizona which absolutely needed to arrive BEFORE Thanksgiving. It's not going to happen, even though I was told it would and even though I paid extra for it to happen. Thanks you embiciles at the Bay Area store.
