Armando and Marco were EXCELLENT! Very professional and efficient with moving my stuff! They packed the trunk well with space available. Upon arrival to my destination all my goods were in place as they had packed them! Very polite moving crew and responsive to calls/messages. I highly recommend there services! I would hire these guys again!

We hired them 2 weeks from move date. A couple of days before the move, we called to confirm date & time (from experience, this is very important); the owner said everything was set.
The morning of the move, Harvey (one of the movers) called saying they were running a little late. I asked how long and he said about 20-30 minutes. When they (3 guys) arrived half an hour later, Harvey apologized and said that he would tell his boss what time they arrived, so I wouldn't be charged extra.
We had about 20 large boxes, 15 medium boxes, a couple of sofas, and 3 queen + king beds with headboards. The guys took about 45 minutes to get everything in the correct rooms and helped me set up a couple of beds too (I guess they felt bad that they made me wait???).
Overall, they did a pretty good job (didn't drop anything or scrape/dented my house). I guess with Houston traffic now-a-days, the delay wasn't too bad. I've seen some of the recent reviews...not sure what happened there (bad crew maybe); hope the owner took care of it.

What a fantastic job! These guys are expert movers. I've never had such a smooth moving experience. I appreciate the care and concern these gentlemen showed to my things, as if they were moving their own stuff. Moving is never fun and I hope to not do again anytime soon, but when and if I do, I will absolutely be using Texas Moving Center!

There were two good things about this company...the owner was very nice about re-scheduling my move after my apartment wasn't ready, and the one mover named Moses who was very professional. Other than that, NEVER AGAIN! I had two movers. One was so unhealthy that he could not finish the job. Found out in the middle of the move that he didn't even work for the company! He was the friend of the other mover. The guy got badly winded, almost couldn't breath, and his arm stopped functioning. He dropped my dresser and proceeded to drag it across concrete. Needless to say the top of it is ruined. Real wood. Beautifully stained. Survived 15 years and 4 moves between Houston, Texas and Annapolis, Maryland. I thought I was going to have to administer CPR and call 911. I was so afraid for him. However, I knew he was ok when he asked if he could charge his cell phone in my house. Wow.
So, once he decided to stop working he hung out on my porch using his phone while I had to assist the one mover that was left to finish the job. Yep. All 127 pounds of me. He finally left to get some help…another guy who didn’t work for the moving company.

In addition to scratches and dings on a TV and other wood furniture, they broke all of the knobs on my washer and dryer, so I have to go to a washateria for the first time in 20 years. So let’s see what else…got the moving truck stuck on an incline with the trailer hitch stuck IN the road…literally. There is a big chunk of asphalt missing in front of my driveway.

When I spoke to the owner he was indignant and silly. He really thought that he was doing me a favor not charging me for the extra time and refuses to pay for the damages...at least that's what HE thinks.

Long story short…stay away from this company. Spend the money and get a reputable company that is insured and that cares at the very least. I didn’t ask the right questions because I wrongly assumed they were legit because they were referred by U-Haul.

I thought this company was great. I received 2 phone calls to confirm my appointment within the 2 weeks before my move. My movers were about 45 minutes late but they called twice, once to notify me they would be late and once to let me know when they were leaving the other job. This didn't bother me, since they called and kept me informed. Once they got here, they worked extremely quickly and efficiently! They packed the truck like tetnis masters and were done before I knew it! Great experience with this company! Thanks!

This was the first time I used movers & wouldn't ever use anyone else. They were so efficient, fast, punctual, & courteous. They moved very quickly & really took care of my stuff so it did not get damaged or chipped. They didn't once bump into the walls, & did everything to perfection. I asked for a phone call when they were on their way, & they did it. The guys were great.



Use them! You won't be disappointed!

These guys were quick! Loaded me and unloaded me all within two hours. Great service!! Will use again and will recommend to my friends.

Phillip and Pat were phenomenal. Three story house was packed into a 20' U-haul truck within 2 hours. They were very cautious while handling our belongings and treated every box and item as if it were their own. Very professional, curious, and easy to communicate with.



Having spent nearly two decades being move from place to place by the U.S. Army, I can honestly say these two gentlemen were the best movers I have ever had the pleasure of working with!

Thanks for the flexibility with the reschedule due to a broken truck. Eric and the other gentleman, sorry I forgot his name were both great and hard working. Armando, once again was easy to get a hold of ,polite and called to get updates. This is the second time I have used his company and it won't be the last. Super professionals !

This is a 100% honest review. The movers were three hours late. They disappeared for a period of 10 minutes at one point. In the span of 45 minutes they scratched two pieces of furniture and broke my coffee table. They had only unloaded those pieces of furniture and 7 boxes. One mover smelled strongly of alcohol. I told them to leave after that point. After calling the owner to tell him about the situation, he proceeded to tell me it was my fault! He defended his employees instead of trying to fix the situation. I have never been treated this poorly in my life! I easily got my money back from U-Haul after telling them about the problem.

Firstly, I'll admit that the movers were able to work within my budget and performed their job efficiently.



However, they were over four hours late, and I never received a call to inform me they would be running late (I had to call myself every hour to get an update).



The movers themselves, while able to perform the physical aspect of the job just fine, were completely unprofessional.



-We were told on at least three occasions that they basically expect a tip (I was planning to anyway, but really?).



-One of the guys was using profanity constantly and asked why we were moving from our apartment when we could see down girls tops at the pool downstairs.



-The same guy also kept attempting to flirt with our good friend and neighbor. It got so awkward that we had to tell him she was our sister just to shut him up.



-The hispanic gentleman constantly complained that we had "too much stuff". He also chose to take a break, which was fine, until he decided to sit his sweaty body on my furniture and rest his feet on my TV.



-The hispanic gentleman also ignored our request that he get help lifting a 70-year-old chest. He was having trouble lifting it on his own, and we asked that he get help. He ignored us and continued on his own. While he did not damage it, we did not appreciate him risking our valuables.



If I were rating them solely on their performance, I would give them 4 stars because they were very fast and efficient and stayed within our budget. However, they were completely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable enough to where we sat outside while they moved (just to avoid them).



I wouldn't recommend them.

USED THESE GUYS TO MOVE FROM MY APT INTO STORAGE. THEY WERE ON TIME, FAST AND VERY AFFORDABLE ( $50 AN HOUR) THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB THAT I DECIDED TO CALL THEM AGAIN WHEN IT WAS TIME TO MOVE MY STUFF FROM THE STORAGE INTO MY NEW APARTMENT. STILL VERY IMPRESSED!! REALLY COOL GUYS. WILL BE REFERING THEM TO ANY AND EVERYONE!! THANX GUYS!

Two men came and helped me moved and I will say they worked very hard; however, one of the men worked a little too hard at cutting tape and going through drawers. We saw him closing a night stand drawer and gave him the benefit of the doubt and assumed it fell open. It wasn't until later that we saw he had actually cut through the tape and stolen a phone and mp3 player out of it. We called management to confront the worker and he assured me it would be taken care of. Never heard from him again. And on top of that they left the shelves to one of my bookshelves on the stairs of my old apartment. Fortunately I moved to a new place in the same city and was able to drive back the next day to look for them. I'm glad no one threw them away over night. Very disappointing! This may have been a one time thing (I read good reviews for them), but with so many moving help options out there, why take the risk by using these guys. And they also do NOT have insurance so if anything happens to your belongings you're just out of luck. I highly recommend going with different movers.
