The manager, Scott, at the Memorial Store is extremely helpful, always has a smile and it is a pleasure to deal with.

The Frisco, TX store has some major issues with a guy that works there by the name of Jorge. He is creating a hostile environment for the employees that do work there to be honest, he is CONSISTANTLY yelling an different employees for one reason or another, and getting his nose in situations where it doesn't belong! We recently had a new employee start in our Bike department because Jorge could not get it together, due to Jorge's constant baggering and harrassment and not being able to stay OUT of that department after 2 1/2 weeks the new employee is now considering employee elsewhere. This employee has empleted new changes for the better and the bicycles that have been sitting around for greater than 4 months in the wharehouse have now been completed, fixed and given to the customers. So, now our once over flowing wharehouse is now 3/4 empty. He has done in 2 1/2 weeks what Jorge has not been able to do 6 months and consumers are happy. Jorge is problem and needs to be delts with!

I have been to this store on several occasions, mostly to buy parts for my bike but also for misc. clothing items. I have received wonderful service from them each time. There is an older gentleman that is one of their bike mechanics. I have nothing but great things to say about him, an all around great guy. Based on my experience to date, I would highly recommend this store.
