Really impressed with the level of courtesy and expertise of all the employees of this shop. Originally I took my car to the dealership for service… walked away with a quote close to $4,000 to fix the issues with my car. I took the quote to James at Specialized Auto and I’m glad I did because he was able to get to the bottom of the issue and discovered that not only was the dealership overcharging, they were telling me that I needed unnecessary work. The entire staff is friendly and are genuinely concerned about their customers. They even gave me a ride to/from work so that they could work on my car! I’ve never heard of any other shop doing that! After everything was said and done, I spent approximately $300!!! I can’t tell you the level of relief I experienced after leaving… I was referred to Specialized Auto and will be referring others in return.
