    Beautiful beautiful beautiful limo best day of my life We got a limo from there on the weekend and it was very luxury and clean I wish if I had a lot of money otherwise I will rent a limo from there every day I felt like a celebrity specially the driver customer service It was the best night of my life

    I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE...EVEN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW YOU CAN BOOK A RESERVATION (3) WEEKS IN ADVANCE FOR A CORPORATE EVENT AND (2) HOURS BEFORE YOU ARE SCHEDULED TO BE PICKED UP YOU ARE ADVISED THAT YOU ARE NOT BEING PICKED UP AND NOW YOU HAVE TO SCRAMBLE TO GET TRANSPORTATION FOR 25 PEOPLE WITHIN (2) HOURS. THIS COMPANY SHOULD JUST DEFINITELY GO OUT OF BUSINESS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE NOT DEPENDABLE AND ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH THE WAY THAT THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS. THANKS A LOT SAM'S LIMOUSINE FOR RUINING WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A VERY ENJOYABLE CORPORATE WEEKEND OUTING... MS THENA

    Be careful! I booked a trip for my friend's 40th birthday and I made them email me a confirmation of all the specifics prior to giving them my credit card. Turns out, didn't matter! I called the night to confirm and they (Laura) informed me that we will NOT be getting what we signed up for, instead they were giving us another bus. We were told they would credit us $100 for the inconvenience but then when I called to follow up on that, Laura said she wasn't going to issue it cause we went over our time -- which is true but only because the driver got LOST!! Because of HIS mistake, we missed our dinner reservation and had upset party guests who felt trapped on the bus and were going to have upset babysitters, etc. This company has to learn customer service is they are going to survive. I had referred them another group prior to all this but will never refer them anymore business again. If you choose to use them, be warned!!

    THE BEST LIMO EXPERIENCE EVER it was my firs time i used this company for my family's transportation , at first i was not sure for my choice but today i am proud of my choice. totally i recommend this company . nice driver with an all clean and nice limo . my family had a great time. thanks a million
