Please beware this was the worst experience in my life. More pain than anything I have ever been through. They failed so many ways, but most of all were dishonest, deceiving misleading, ect. The root canal they did, was on the wrong tooth, which did NOT even complete, after going several times. The nerve was wide open for days of agony. The tooth know has to be removed. My entire mouth was swollen beyond belief. The infection, caused me to go the E.R., and stay do to the seriousness. The plan they gave me, regarding other teeth to be removed ...was wrong they don't need to be removed. Thank God I left and will never return. Please save yourself, and loved one's from heartache or worse.

Always making personal calls, trying to pick up clients (doesnt matter if you are married). Trying to get you to do unneccesary procedures just to get money out of you. Long waits in the office and horrible dentists.

The wait time averages 1 1/2 hours. There is always an excuse. They try and make you pay for things you don't need

I was referred to Royal dental on Hwy6 North and was initially happy with my service.My dentist was great, as was all of the assistants.My second trip was a nightmare. I waited, with an appointment, for nearly 2 hours to be seen.I was having 2 wisdom teeth extracted and having a tooth shaped for a crown and it took 6 hours. 6 hours I Sat in a chair with a dentist who was performing 10 other procedures around me and while at least 6 different assistants came in to check on me every hour or so.It was ridiculous.I left in tears, and not from the tooth pain.I was also over charged on my Care Credit card and was told I would be reimbursed in two weeks. That was 2 months ago and still no reimbursementAnd still no crown on my tooth!!!!TOO many chiefs and not enough Indians running amuck in this office.HORRIBLY rude front desk receptionist to boot.Such a shame really, its a beautiful, clean office.Too bad they didnt put as much effort into who they hired to run it.

I was disapponted as well. I have been a patient with Anderson Dental (when it was owned by Dr. Anderson) for over ten years. Since Royal Dental bought his business the wait time has increased and customer service has decline.

The worst you can ever chose in a dental office. They will schedule an appointment and you will sit for hours for them to tell you, "that they are behind schedule and can you reschedule or your bridge didn't come in" or some other mess. The staff is always late and they don't seem to have any concept of time. My son was getting some orthodontics work done and the dentist who started left or got fired so we were assigned a new dentist and when we came again, a third dentist was there. Nothing is consistant in this office. People are literally packed in the office like they are giving away government cheese!!! The focus is more on collecting money verses doing quality dental work. Giving them 1 star is too much credit.
