National Car Rental

I rent all my cars from National Car Rental. While Sandy P gave us an excellent suggestion for a place to go eat BBQ on our unplanned stay in Houston, I in accidentally left my prescription Maui Jim sunglasses in the car. These can be of no use to anybody other then myself given how bad my eyesight is. National as yet to find my sunglasses that cost nearly $600.00. HUGELY disappointed in the honesty of their employee. Would love to get them back but at this point I highly doubt I will ever see them again.

The vehicle and service we continually receive at the Houston Bush Airport location is always stellar. Vehicles are always clean and well maintained. Employees are always a pleasure to deal with.

Very disappointed when charged for refueling when I had filled the car at service station at the edge of the airpot.

Smooth as usual. Selection of cars was a bit limited, but other than that, no issues. The car I selected was clean of the inside, washed, and ready to go.

Frequent business traveler to IAH and Houston, TX. Emerald Club experience is exceptionally good at this location. Recommend National for any business traveler going to Houston. Thanks for the service.

Every time I pick up a car, I recieve excellent service. I have never had a problem, or concern at this location.

Awesome experience! Full week of travel. On my way home, through Houston to Austin. My 10:00 pm flight was cancelled. I easily booked a car online. My cellphone was almost dead and I did not have a car charger. I spoke with the ladies at the front desk. They had car chargers, but recommended that I find a car with a USB port. Then they went out of their way to call the garage and ask them to help me find a car with a USB charge port. When I went to the garage, he was waiting with a cold bottle of water! Fantastic! He walked with me and looked to find the right car. He checked the car for me and made sure everything was in good order. As I was leaving, the exit lady asked where I was headed. She recommended the best route home. Welcomed experience after all the flight issues!
