I had the misfortune to do business with Minh Nguyen in Nov 2018. He is a dishonest man who stole from me. It is a shame a professional does not take responsibility for his actions.

My family has seen Dr. Minh Nguyen for over 10 yrs. All I can say is he truly exceeds our expectation, pertaining his professionalism, dedication, and compassion. He always patiently explains to us what the procedures are, how they would benefit us, and genuinely takes our concern into account. Above all, each and every time, he has unfailingly treated his patients with holistic approach. We truly appreciate his philosophy of treating us as the whole person, not the case. Additionally, his staff are all highly skilled, friendly, nice, and devoted. They invariably give us their undivided attention from the beginning till the end of our visits. The reason that brought us to Dr. Nguyen is that when my daughter needed her wisdom teeth taken out, a friend of my husband, who told us Dr. Nguyen is the one to go because he can extract them without pain. Sympathetic to Special Need - Working with the children can be difficult, and it requires a lot of patience. Working with handicapped children is even worse. I have a handicapped daughter, and over the years I have been looking for a dentist who is willing to treat her. A year ago I found Dr. Nguyen on the internet. After reading all the recommendations and his qualification, I decided to bring my daughter to see him. When we saw Dr. Nguyen, I was prepared for some embarrassment situation, because I know my daughter's condition would bring about some burden.. But to my surprise, my daughter and I were well received by Dr. Nguyen and his staffs. On our initial visit, unlike many previous dentists who gave me a familiar comment like "your daughter's situation is difficult... blah, blah, blah ...," Dr. Nguyen sympathetically said, "I can understand it must be difficult for you to find a dentist for your daughter, we promise to do our very best to give her a special care here..." It Worths the Drive -Dr. Minh Nguyen was referred to us by our own family physician in Sugarland. He told me Dr. Minh Nguyen is currently his family dentist. He said Dr. Nguyen has been treating his family for more than 5 years. Because he would not trust anyone (other than Dr. Minh Nguyen) to work in his mouth, he would not mind to drive a long distance... Traveling from the SouthWest to the Northwest is definitely ..not what I called an "enjoyable" trip... and to make it worse... you have to pay several tolls to get there. Nevertheless, my physician's referral was so convincing, I decided to give it a try. I saw Dr. Nguyen and he recommended a root canal and a crown done for my broken tooth. An Unfair Advantage :) -- Luck does work, but only if you accept and believe it. We live in an era of unprecedented scientific and technological breakthrough, and we have become much more cause-effect oriented. We have come to understand that things do not just happen by themselves. We no longer believe that volcanoes erupt because the Gods are angry...Likewise, I do not believe my recent promotion to the top management of my company, as well as my new relationship, were simply due to luck, but to the smile, designed by the hands of Dr. Minh Nguyen. His knowledge, talent, and dedication were so phenomenal that the money I paid him was not just a quid pro quo. It is unquestionable that his product (my new smile) has given me a huge, unfair advantage both in business and personal life ...legally.

OVER BEING FEARFUL - I am especially embarrassed about being fearful and about the condition of my oral health and hygiene habits.I am often afraid the dentists will not take my fears seriously. Often, previous dentists criticized me as if I was just being "childish." I know it's irrational, yet I always feel uncomfortable being in the dentist's office. Dr. Nguyen and his staffs were sensitive to my feeling. They tried and figured out what to do to minimize my discomfort in every dental visits. He had a sincere effort of trying to help me to solve my dental problem. I had four wisdom teeth that were impacted and infected and needed to be removed. I had went to several dentists before, but I could not afford their fees (I am college student, living on financial aid and family's bank). My face was swollen up when came to see Dr. Nguyen, and he immediately put me at ease. Though his office was very clean and modern; yet, he dressed and talked so friendly and casual. He took time to explain to me what I need, and gave me a fee that was about 800 dollars lower than the other dentists. He extracted my wisdom teeth without much trouble and saved me load of money. The Work of Art - This is how dentistry should be practiced.. a gentle, friendly service with a smile. Dr. Nguyen is an magnificent artist and he is supported by multi-language speaking staff. I thought my broken tooth was not salvageable and had to be extracted when I made the appointment .. BUT with his hands, (and hard work), Dr. Nguyen was able to restore my tooth to its original color and appearance. I look bettter, I feel better .....see myself ALIVE now. I can honestly state that my 12 year old twins truly enjoy their visits to the dentist. Dr. Nguyen is a wonderful dentist and has the nicest staff. He is very intelligent, patient and has state of the art equipment. We have been coming to his office for over 5 years and have always received nothing but the best in service. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Nguyen to other family members and friends.

Before coming to Dr. Nguyen my teeth were so misaligned and out of place I was embarrassed to smile. I was real conscious about it that when ever I took pictures people thought I was mad all the time. My friends would joke about my grin and call it the smile only a mother could love. I visited Dr. Nguyen to see if he could help me with my situation. He was so eager and excited about helping me he made it a personal goal of his to help me. After two years of treatment people cant believe I am the same person. I dont have to worry when I laugh or people being horrified when staring at my teeth .Dr Nguyen made it possible for me to smile and for that I will be eternally grateful.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff did a fantastic job correcting my crossbite. I only had to wear braces for eight months, and my teeth are now perfect. My monthly appointments were great as I never had to wait long, and his staff made me feel right at home. Additionally, I got to watch DVD's while getting my teeth worked on.
