Lovett Dental

I was VERY unsatisfied with this dental office. My appointment for a basic annual teeth cleaning took over an hour and a half! that is unacceptable for a basic cleaning in my opinion. Also, between getting a basic x-ray done and the cleaning, they made me sit back in the front reception area for over 15 minutes to wait as they tried calling my insurance. Not only had I given them my policy information when calling several weeks before, but they also spelled my name WRONG! I gave you my ID for crying out loud!



I made an effort to call several dental offices to gain prices on take home teeth whitening before I made my appointment. When I was told you had an offer for $49 I continued to book my appointment through Lovett Dental. I then told the receptionist to please note this on my appointment. When I did go in, not only did they not have information that I would like to do whitening, they lady told me i could only do the whitening if I came back every six months. When I proceeded to ask her how that was enforced, she told me that it simply was and if I was not planning to come back I shouldn't do it.



The staff was unprofessional and joking about the amount of pedals on the floor! NOT cool when I am a patient in the chair! And, when the girl was going in to clean my teeth, not only was it very painful with her pressing so hard, but she also did not tell my ANYTHING about what she was doing! She talked more about her Beyonce Concert than what she was doing to my teeth!



Not only will i NOT be coming back, but I will make every effort to advise others to stay away as well.
