I couldn't be happier with my experience with Sid Templeton and the other folks at Lone Star Chevrolet. Sid was able to find the truck that I wanted. The price paid was negotiated and fair. Reggie was my contact in finance and everything went as hoped - no surprises. Sid went through the truck with me both before and after the sale. Everyone I dealt with, Sid, Reggie, and Jorge were helpful and friendly. Again, I couldn't be happier. Thanks all.

Horrible experience with the Service Department. I've bought 3 vehicles from them in the past and each time it was fantastic. There was theft of personal belongings, charges for services I didn't request, and incomplete work for what I paid for. Sent email to GM and service Mgr two weeks ago. No response as of yet. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to not buy from this dealer.

Andy called me back when I asked for a bottom line price on a specific Cruze. He got my business by returning that call and working hard to make sure i was happy with our deal on the car. Bradley was very knowledgeable and got us a great interest rate. And Elizabeth in new car delivery was absolutely great at explaining our new car features.

He took his time and actually got us the best deal for purchase.

Pedro was very friendly and courteous. He went out of his way to educate me on the automobile that I chose. Jorge was also very friendly and courteous. He took my photo with my new auto which made me proud of my purchase.

Our salesman was prompt with every aspect of the purchase, offered us refreshments and was very pleasant and friendly. The finance guy was very personible and the , Jorge, the customer service rep. was a hoot and very helpful.

Tried to trade a truck on another but numbers changed on trade lost 3500.00 dollars people there don't listen try to sell u stuff u don't want was told paper work will be ready when I get there will take 20 min and go took over 2 hrs lost paper work they didn't even know about the truck they were selling dam sure didn't know about how to treat a customer got mad and left didn't get out of lot got call told found the 3500.00 can I come back told them hell no not going to be treated that way.
