Before a called Godfather's Bail Bonds, I read the reviews. They said that they could beat any other bail bond company. This is not true. When I told them that there was another bonding company that was lower, they didn't even try to help. They only lowered their first amount by $50 which was still higher than the other bonding company. This was a waste of my time. I hate false advertisement. Just say we will try not that you can beat another company. GET IT RIGHT DON'T MAKE STATEMENTS YOU CAN'T BACK UP.

I FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS VERY EASY TO DO A BOND WITH GODFATHERS BAIL BONDS. THE PHONE NUMBER IS EASY TO REMEMBER....AND THATS GOOD WHEN YOU NEED HELP FAST.........\r 713-BAD-BOYS\r I DID, AND I WASN'T EVEN SURE ABOUT MY BROTHER-IN-LAW'S BIRTHDAY. THEY GOT IT FOR ME, AND DID THE WHOLE THING FAST. WE DID A 20,000 BOND FOR 8% CASH, WHICH WAS VERY FAIR AND REASONABLE. I NEVER HAD TO HAVE COLLATERAL, BECAUSE I AND MY WHOLE FAMILY ARE FROM HOUSTON. SINCE THAT TIME, MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS HAVE USED GODFATHERS SO MANY TIMES, THAT WE KNOW EVERYBODY'S NAME THERE.\r AND THEY KNOW OURS TOO. (*-*)

They told me that I hadn't known my GF of one year long enough to bail her out even though it would be my 300g house and high salary that would assure the bond. They wanted a family member to sign or $5,500 collateral along with the $625 fee to post the $5,500 bond, her mother is awaiting a heart transplant, her father is out to sea and her grandmother is 82yo and in Freeport and said she couldn't drive out. On top of this they didn't tell me this till the next afternoon thereby costing me valuable time. I went over to Lockwood bond and they placed the bonds without collateral though at a slightly higher fee. Unfortunately, for some strange reason, a whole bunch of detainees, my gf amongst them had their court dates changed from next week to today thereby keeping her overnight again even though she was bonded out. I don't know if the reschedule was just someone clearing a day next week for golf or someone maximizing the private jail operator's per night per detainee fee that they collect but something is really fishy in our justice system.
