I have used Kiwi Carpet Cleaning service for over 10yrs in 3 different homes. I love their service warranty which is the best in the industry and great if you have children. Their techs are knowledgeable, professional and go above & beyond. I also used the duct cleaning service and was equally satisfied.

Our experience was appalling!



We hired Kiwi to clean the ducts in our home. Chunks of dust and debris have been blowing out of all the vents in our home after they performed their work. My pregnant wife woke up ill after the vent above the bed blew dust and debris on her face as she slept. The job was simply not done.



Additionally, the window for arrival was 12-2. at 2 we called, said they would be there in 25 mins. Still no show. We called again. They arrived at 3:00p. My wife and I were missing work to be home and needed them done by 4 and they said 'no problem'. they didn't finish until 4:15.



The workers smelled of cigarettes and asked personal financial questions about the value of our house, if we recently bought, etc.



When we called THREE times to get a refund for this awful experience, we were told we would not receive a refund, but instead would need to pay another company to complete the work we hired them to do and they would issue a refund for the difference.



This is the first time I've posted on Yelp. I am so disgusted by this experience and will never use this company again.



We also learned from speaking to another company that Kiwi often sends out people who are not their employees, rather contractors.

Kiwi always has excellent service and is prompt for their appointments!

I have been a Kiwi customer for almost 2 years. The one (1) year carpet cleaning warranty is definitely one of their best perks. I use their services at least once a month, and plan to continue renewing my warranty w/them. They have been able to get out some of my tough stains, leaving my carpet looking brand new. It's definitely worth the money.

I have been a Kiwi customer now for several years and have never been disappointed. Not only are their prices great but the staff is always so polite and easy to get in touch with. Their carpet cleaning is amazing. My son had a terrible nose bleen recently and they were able to get the blood out, even though it was two days after the incident. I highly recommend Kiwi!! Love Kiwi carpet cleaning! A friend of mine referred me to Kiwi. They did such an awesome job, very professional, helped moved our furniture out of the way. Our carpet never felt so clean and smelled fresh! Love their warranty too! I highly recommend their services!

Loved Kiwi because my carpets weren't wet all day after the service. The technician was very friendly! Spots that I was not hopeful about are gone. I am encouraged about the carpets staying clean because of the maintenance guarantee.

Staff is very reliable, professional and works well with me on deals and appointment time frames. Also after 1st initial cleaning, they offer a great plan for touch ups on precious spots cleaned. Thanks!

Used Kiwi service for duct cleaning and was so disappointed. First they didn't come prepared and had to use my step ladder & broom. Then left at 11 and didn't return till after 2. Called to complain and the lady who answered said they had to go to Home Depot and were stuck in traffic. The home depot is 20 minutes away and total BS. If they went to lunch just say so. They made a mess in my house and left my step ladder out didn't even put it up. I was quoted 1 thing and a couple of hundred dollars later NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!! I should have gone to Coit or another company. Don't use them at all.

I've been using Kiwi for over a year now and have had wonderful service, from making the appointment to the personnel that come out and do the work. Very easy to work with, and LOVE the end result. Highly recommend to any pet owner especially.

Very professional customer support and scheduling. when scheduling warranty cleanings, they were able to provide the same cleaning personnel. In home cleaning crew were very personable. My history with Kiwi has always proven to be prompt. Best cleaning for your money, especially when the warranty cleanings are factored in. Highly recommend for pet owners....

They were a little more expensive than others, but they did an awesome job. I was given a time frame they came in that time frame and called prior. Great carpet cleaning. This was our second year using Kiwi, and we happened to get Art back for the second time. Prompt, courteous, thorough and conscientious about working in our home.
