Like someone else previously wrote, they upcharge everything. They refused to give me a regular cleaning and tried to coerce me into buying their $350 deep cleaning (also not recommended by my previous dentists). Did not do any cleaning when I would not purchase their $350 deep cleaning.

I can't say enough about the level of professionalism and knowledge the dentist and her staff offer. Best dentist in Houston!!!!!

I do not recommend this dental office! They try & upcharge everything saying you need things you do not (like a deep cleaning when I just got a regular cleaning 6 months earlier!) When I asked for treatment plan they said it would take a week for "HR" to get back with me? They are not very accomodating or nice. I will go elsewhere. There are so may other dentists out there!

Nice office, expensive and I used my insurance! The front desk was unproffesional and so was her dental assistant. New person everytime I go in. Walking distance from my apartment was the only plus.

Dr. Brown, her office staff, and her office itself redefined everything I ever experienced with dentists. She is VERY motivated, showed interest in improving my dental health and did not(!) recommend me unnecessary treatment like most dentist do. She showed me my x-rays and educated me about the different possibilities of treatment in a way that I normal, average person/patient understands it. When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted and welcomed by the front desk lady. I did not have to wait for my appointment at all which is great because I have a busy schedule. The location is great too because it is at the corner of Old Spanish trail and Kirby. Another thing that I noticed is that there is enough free parking space right in front of her office. Her assistant is really nice, respectful and caring. I was never left alone in the treatment chair and I did not have to wait to get treated/examined which again i really appreciated because of my busy schedule (there is nothing worse than felling like the staff forgot about you which seems to be standard etiquette in other dentist offices nowadays..you know what i mean: You are alone in the room and nobody tells you what is going on). In Dr. Brown's office I was always informed about the next step. Also the office as well as the equipment is brand new. Everything is very clean and modern. I felt like I was in a spa (yes a spa!) Also another thing that I appreciated was that I did NOT feel like i was pushed into getting treatment. After the diagnostic part, I was presented a well organized list of treatments that Dr. Brown recommended. I did not feel like I was pushed into anything and all my questions were answered in a way that I understood everything. No hidden fees. Also Dr. Brown is nice to her assistants. Which makes you as a patient feel more relaxed. (My past (!!!) dentists were always rude to their employees which made me feel uncomfortable because i felt like it is my fault.) Dr. Brown communicates in a very efficient way with her employees. She and her employees are a really good team. I have tried SO MANY other dentists before and was always unhappy because i never felt like they were actually trying to help me with my teeth....and already gave up on ever finding a caring dentist. HOWEVER, Dr. Brown redefined everything. I will recommend her to my colleagues and friends and I hope that many other patients will benefit of her outstanding service.
Just a moment...
