They are the best at everything. We had a snow come party for the baby and there customer service was great we found everything we need there and they took it to our car. So latter on we wanted a snow party for our baby that is 3 years old and when they came out here it was not im putting the snow here they didnt do that. They first called me and let me know how long they were from my house and then asked me were did i want to put the snow at. So if you really want good customer service go to ice express. I do for all my ice and party needs so does my family.
