        Overall

        This dump truck company (I booked two weeks in advance to pick-up a full load of mulch) no-showed. I confirmed the evening before and paid for the materials with a guaranteed pick-up. Which means I lost 100%of my purchase price. No show-no call. He would not even answer his phone. A line of showers moved thru at 9 AM. He said later, “our truck might have gotten stuck.” I use about 15-18 trucks a year for my construction company. . NEVER AGAIN!!
