        what happened to customer service?

        I had the worst experience at this clinic with M. Flores. She was very unprofessional to me and my puppies! Ms. FLORES attitude was unacceptable and I will not be returning to this clinic if my babies life depended on it! Her rudeness is unacceptable and management should address this situation. One bad apple will ruin the entire staff of customer service.
